Working in close coordination with customers, we design an efficient line of Venturi Scrubbers, also known as Vortex Scrubbers or Cyclone Scrubbers, made to suit concrete operational challenges encountered in various industries. These scrubbers feature compact designs integrating a converging section, a diffuser and a throat. The main function of Venturi Scrubbers is to eliminate small sized particles (<1µm) as well as larger sized particles from a gas stream.
The Working Mechanism:
First of all, the gas mix is passed through the venturi tube in the scrubber before it moves to the throat section of the product. The mix then passes to the diffuser where the speed is reduced. The gas flow is mixed with liquid before it passes through the throat section or when it reaches the throat section. Gas and liquid are rapidly mixed at this throat section of the tube, leading to the production of tiny water droplets.
Excellent rate of removal yield
Requires minimum maintenance
No mechanical parts or components
Does not require a ventilator
Can manage fluctuating gas flows
Venturi Scrubbers find application across a wide variety of industrial settings, such as:
